Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of data solutions to enable engineering, operations, and business teams to leverage data effectively.

Support and develop real-time analytics for Embedded Analytics and Analytics Integrations.

Become responsible for the team’s systems and processes, and make sure they are well engineered.

Identify at least 3 issues/optimizations for the team.

In depth review of Embedded Analytics product offering + how Data Engineering’s ownership.

Reviewer for all Data Engineering PRs.

Required

Experience with Data Stack/Infrastructure and tooling such as: Redshift, ClickHouse – Enterprise Data Warehouse, Infrastructure as Code/Deployment – Terraform, GitHub Actions, Data Ingestion – Debezium, Third Party APIs, Streaming (Kinesis Data Firehose), Data Transformation – DBT, Prefect, Observability – Grafana, Reporting/Data Visualization – Sigma, QuickSight

Able to take on complex problems, learn quickly, iterate, and persist towards a good solution

Effectively communicate, at the level of your audience, and seek to understand and be understood
