Responsibilities
Transform on-premise Python applications to cloud-native implementations.
Work on data-intensive cloud applications supported by RDBMS and NoSQL solutions.
Implement CI/CD using DevOps and DevSecOps pipelines.
Ensure total observability from client to application in the cloud.
Design hybrid architectures.
Collaborate with the client on strategic initiatives.
Maintain correctness, security, and transparency in Financial regulated environments.

Required
Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
5+ years of full-time hands-on Data Engineering experience.
4+ years of full-time hands-on Python experience.
4+ years of full-time hands-on Spark experience.
4+ years of full-time hands-on SQL experience.
3+ years of full-time hands-on AWS experience.
PySpark experience.
EMR experience.
Redshift experience.
Glue experience.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora).
Serverless experience (Lambda, Step Functions).
Experience designing Star / Snowflake Schema.
Datamart / Data Warehousing experience.
Multi-Dimensional OLAP experience.
Preferred
FinTech experience.
SAS knowledge.
DevOps knowledge (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gitlab, Terraform).
Testing Automation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
