Responsibilities
Designing and developing Power BI/Tabular Models.
Implementing data modeling using Kimball data warehousing methodologies.
Developing SQL Server data warehousing solutions.
Working on OLTP Recordkeeping, ODS, MDM, Warehousing, and Data Lakes.
Analyzing data and providing insights for business decision-making.
Detailing data lineage from origination to consumption.
Solving real-world problems in large data warehouses and analytics platforms.
Utilizing modeling strategies such as dimensional, relational, and unstructured approaches.
Designing new platforms on cloud technologies/architecture.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in an Agile environment.

Required
At least 9 years of work experience in Data Modeling in the software industry.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) with a focus on data analysis, data structures, or data modeling.
Expert-level analysis skills, including research, gap analysis, data mining, and data profiling.
Solid understanding of data lineage and the ability to detail the flow of data from origination to consumption.
Proven track record of solving real-world problems using a design-oriented modeling approach in large data warehouses, data marts, and analytics/reporting platforms.
Understanding of modeling strategies (dimensional, relational, unstructured).
Robust SQL experience, including designing new platforms on cloud technologies/architecture (e.g., Fabric/Azure).
Proficiency with ERD/Data Modeling tools like Tabular Editor
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization.
Self-sufficiency, willingness to share knowledge, and a go-getter attitude.
