Responsibilities

Develop and integrate Tableau REST API, Hyper API, and Tableau Extensions API to seamlessly incorporate Tableau’s data visualization tools into our AI-driven solutions.
Customize embedded views using Tableau’s Embedding API to match specific needs, including the modification of views, interactivity, and embedding options.
Leverage the Hyper API to manage Tableau extracts and streamline ETL workflows, ensuring efficient data processing and integration.
Develop automation scripts and workflows that facilitate smooth data interaction between Tableau and AI-powered applications.
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure that Tableau’s performance meets the demands.
Document methodologies and workflows comprehensively. Provide guidance on best practices for Tableau integrations and data management.

Required

Strong proficiency in Tableau REST API, Hyper API, and Tableau Extensions API.
Experience in embedding Tableau views and working with embedding API for seamless integration within applications.
Solid background in SQL, data management, and cloud-based Tableau solutions.
Strong experience with ETL pipelines and data visualization best practices.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly in API and integration contexts.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience in a startup environment.
Tableau certifications (Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Server Certified Associate, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in analytics or business intelligence contexts.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management.
