Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities
Design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions, algorithms and prototypes
Specify, design and prototype AI functions for internal/external products
Optimize ML models for business value and risk mitigation
Research and stay updated on AI/ML technologies and best practices
Conduct experiments to evaluate AI solution effectiveness
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Maintain system documentation
Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Provide AI expertise and support for projects
Collaborate with teams to drive business growth

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5 years of experience dedicated to AI and ML projects
Experience merging AI/ML technology with software applications such as SaaS and web applications
Strong expertise in machine learning concepts and frameworks
Proven track record of creating and implementing AI-based solutions
Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
Deep understanding of AI/ML development tools (Python, R, Java, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Expertise in data mining, mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms
Client-facing, internal communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel occasionally.
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Cloud platforms and AI frameworks (Azure AI preferred)
Natural language processing, OCR and computer vision (asset)
