Responsibilities

Develop and implement predictive models, including customer churn, LTV, and recommendation systems, to enhance player retention and engagement.

Build and refine machine learning algorithms in Python to identify and address at-risk player behaviors.

Collaborate with marketing, game development, and executive teams to align data-driven strategies with organizational goals.

Analyze player behavior and acquisition data to identify opportunities for improving customer loyalty and retention.

Design and deploy dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights and visualizations for stakeholders.

Work with Google Cloud tools, including Vertex AI, to train and operationalize advanced machine learning models.

Conduct A/B testing and evaluate the effectiveness of in-game incentives and marketing strategies.

Act as a key communicator of analytics insights, simplifying complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Continuously monitor and enhance analytics performance, incorporating user feedback for iterative improvements.
