Responsibilities
Develop and deploy machine learning models to automate data processing and reporting.
Analyze and optimize existing workflows to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., FP&A, sales, IT) to design innovative solutions for scalable reporting.
Ensure data integrity, reliability, and accessibility in all AI/automation initiatives.
Generate predictive and prescriptive analytics to support decision-making.
Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and recommend actionable applications for the team.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred
3+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or automation-focused roles.
Prior experience in the finance or corporate reporting sector is highly desirable.
Familiarity with financial modeling or reporting systems (e.g., Onestream) is a plus.
