Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Analytics to prioritize enhancements to data modeling.
Manage a portfolio of projects for various departments as a key member of the data team.
Develop and deliver clear, data-driven presentations to communicate analytical insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
Monitor business performance continuously and identify new opportunities with actionable solutions.
Establish performance tracking frameworks and drive continuous improvement of models and algorithms.
Identify and develop use cases across the organization, partnering with senior leadership to implement strategic analytics initiatives.
Create reports for vendors and clients as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in an analytics-related field.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation, with advanced skills in writing efficient queries and stored procedures.
Minimum 3 years of experience using Python for analytics, reporting, and data science projects.
Strong background in Data Science, optimization models, and machine learning.
Ability to solve complex problems independently.
Preferred
Experience with Looker is a plus.
