Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models to address business challenges.
Collaborate with stakeholders from business, technology, and data teams to define project goals and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
Build, test, and implement predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Develop scalable data pipelines for model training, testing, and evaluation.
Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
Ensure ethical AI principles and data governance standards are adhered to.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data science and assess their applicability to business needs.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
A minimum of 6 years of experience in data science or analytics, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
Demonstrated success in delivering data science solutions that drive measurable business impact
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and modeling
Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost
Expertise in SQL and data wrangling tools (e.g., Pandas, Spark)
Strong skills in data visualization using tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying models and analytics solutions
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, or Databricks
Advanced knowledge of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and analysis
Proven experience in leading data science projects from concept to deployment
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong track record of mentoring and developing junior team members
Preferred
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
Experience with NLP and time-series forecasting
Experience working with diverse, global teams
