Responsibilities

Implement RAG architecture components and workflows

Set up and optimize vector database solutions

Develop model gateway and API integrations

Implement Azure OpenAI service integrations

Develop security controls for AI components (PII detection, prompt injection prevention)

Create and maintain Python-based services and APIs

Participate in technical design discussions

Support testing and performance optimization

Maintain technical documentation

Required

5+ years of software development experience

Strong Python programming skills

Experience with LangChain/LangGraph frameworks

Knowledge of vector databases (Weaviate, Qdrant, or similar)

Experience with REST API development

Background in LLM integration and deployment

Understanding of RAG architectures and implementations

Experience with containerization and Kubernetes

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred

Experience with Azure OpenAI or other LLM platforms

Knowledge of enterprise security practices

Background in search or information retrieval

Experience with PII handling and data privacy

Familiarity with Kong API gateway (experience with AI proxy plugins would be beneficial)

Experience with AWS services

Open source contributions to AI/ML projects
