Responsibilities

Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and attract, engage, and convert customers.
Plan and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and optimize campaign performance.
Execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive product downloads, trials, and purchases.
Leverage data and analytics to draw actionable insights and measure campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with content and web teams to enhance website visibility and user engagement through SEO and content marketing.
Test and innovate through the exploration of new tools, channels, and tactics to continuously improve our lead generation efforts.
Build and optimize email automation workflows in HubSpot.

Required

Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
Expertise in managing a significant advertising budget diversified across search, social, video, and display advertising.
Experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role at a product-led-growth (PLG) company.
Deep technical understanding of web analytics, attribution models, and data infrastructure to support performance tracking.
Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to align demand generation efforts with business goals.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize information into concise, actionable insights.
Proven track record in managing acquisition strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and campaign analysis.
Experience marketing to a highly technical developer audience.
