Responsibilities

Develop and run campaigns to drive pipeline growth using channels like paid media, webinars, email nurtures, referral programs, events, and more
Collaborate with the CMO on campaign planning, development, and execution from start to finish
Own our marketing automation platform, Hubspot, and be the subject matter expert on all best practices
Proactively improve the customer journey by delivering relevant and timely email engagement programs
Partner with our agency to execute our SEM and paid media programs, including Adwords, LinkedIn, and Google Display
Craft unique web experiences using chat and CTAs to engage visitors and book meetings
Develop sequences for the BDR team to support pipeline goals
Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing programs on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly

Required

5-7 years of experience creating demand for B2B solutions in the ecommerce and digital marketing space
Strategic, creative, and analytical skills to build data-driven marketing campaigns
Experience across a number of demand generation tactics including paid media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, content syndication, CRO, direct mail, and events
Expertise with Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and LinkedIn Ads
Demonstrated experience in managing marketing campaigns end-to-end
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
The ability to work individually (and remotely) and collaborate within a team environment to achieve your goals
You are adaptable to change and have comfort with ambiguity at an early stage startup
