Responsibilities

Build and maintain the Spectrum-CSS project, an open-source, framework-agnostic implementation of Spectrum for the web.

Participate in the overall Spectrum ecosystem to evolve design and engineering by working directly with product teams.

Conduct outreach about Spectrum, discover features and improvements, plan execution strategies, and validate accuracy through testing.

Ensure Spectrum is available for consumers in a timely, stable, and scalable way.

Required

Deep experience around CSS architecture and practices, such as pre and post processors, cross-browser concerns, layout, current and upcoming standards, responsive design, and animation. This must include extensive knowledge of web accessibility, WAI standards, and WA testing. (6+ years)

Solid knowledge of the Node.js ecosystem, especially practices for npm package development, versioning, and publishing (4+ years)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP finance, with a solid focus on revenue recognition and financial processes.

Demonstrable experience in leading SAP finance projects, including implementation and upgrades of SAP S/4HANA Finance and RAR.

In-depth knowledge of SAP financial modules (FI, CO, FSCM, RAR) and their integration with other SAP modules.

Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards, including IFRS and GAAP.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead multi-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners at all levels.

Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, data migration, and reporting tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred

Experience with SAP Central Finance and/or SAP Treasury and Risk Management.

Knowledge of other ERP systems and their integration with SAP.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.
