Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance pitch decks and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition, brand story, and product offerings.

Work closely with the executive and sales teams to understand the goals, audience, and tone for each presentation.

Transform complex ideas and data into clear, visually compelling slides that are easy to understand.

Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and high-quality standards in all presentation materials.

Develop custom graphics, illustrations, and infographics to better showcase data and insights.

Stay updated on industry trends, particularly within the pet benefits and HR tech spaces, to integrate relevant design strategies that appeal to potential investors and clients.

Required

Proven experience as a Presentation Designer, with a focus on pitch presentations for start-ups or tech companies.

Exceptional visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, layout, and color.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, etc.).

Ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides.

Understanding of investor and client presentation requirements for start-ups.

Portfolio showcasing pitch decks or presentations that highlight your design and storytelling abilities.

Knowledge of the pet industry, HR tech, or employee benefits is a plus.
