8+ years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on Oracle and SQL databases.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resources, services, and configurations.
Experience in cloud infrastructure and services, particularly Google Cloud.
Experience in creating automated workflows and process improvements.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with ITIL or other incident management frameworks.
Proficiency in scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ansible, VB, SQL, and Batch scripting.
Strong technical expertise in networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage, and security.
Proven experience in incident management with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
