Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
Create and manage a content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and engages target audiences.
Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Manage relationships and performance with SEO agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and results.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage paid media budgets and track performance metrics to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI.
Develop, execute, and adapt a social media strategy that builds brand awareness and drives engagement.
Analyze website and landing page performance to identify areas for improvement and test strategies to optimize conversion rates, including A/B testing.
Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot technical issues on the company’s WordPress websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance, security, and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with broader business goals.

Required

5-7 years experience in content marketing, SEO, paid media, social media, and CRO.
Experience managing and collaborating with SEO agencies.
Strong proficiency with WordPress, including customization, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to measure success and identify opportunities.
Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Measurement.
