Responsibilities
Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive leads and enhance the pipeline.
Monitor lead quality and proactively adjust conversion signals and bid strategies to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
Collaborate cross-functionally to create high-performing landing pages that improve campaign results.
Make sure the account adheres to best practices and regularly refine strategies related to bid strategy, campaign structure, keyword expansion, and spending efficiency.
Keep an eye on competitive trends and the evolving Google search landscape to adapt the strategy and maintain results.

Required
5+ years of experience in running paid acquisition campaign strategies.
Extensive expertise in managing B2B campaigns through Google Ads, including search, Pmax, and YouTube.
A proven track record of enhancing efficiency and volume in Google Search campaigns.
Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, online and offline conversion event optimization, campaign structure, expansion, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.
A proactive mindset in monitoring performance and adjusting tactics to ensure successful campaigns.
Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills.
A self-motivated, proactive approach and a commitment to contributing to organizational growth as a team player.
