Responsibilities
Deliver projects that surpass client expectations and align with profitability targets.
Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships through regular check-ins and project identification.
Assemble and manage an engaged team to meet client expectations across various design and product services.
As a senior influencer, mentor others and contribute to organizational improvement.
Administer complex projects, including recurring accounts with significant monthly values and premium campaigns, managing an annual revenue target that exceeds $1M.
Engage with clients to discuss upcoming projects, set budgets/timelines, outline creative expectations, and introduce project processes to ensure seamless delivery.
Review incoming projects to confirm clarity in brief and scope, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
Collaborate with Design Directors and team members for strategic input on creative direction that aligns with client objectives.
Manage project allocation across the digital team to maintain deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Navigate project workflows (agile or waterfall) tailored for optimal client and team outcomes.
Provide guidance to designers and developers for delivering remarkable branded digital experiences within budget.
Review project outputs for adherence to client briefs and brand guidelines, ensuring quality control.
Proactively tackle project challenges through effective communication and team leadership, escalating issues as needed.
Oversee project utilization for efficient and profitable delivery.
Foster strong working relationships with other departments to enhance client experience across multiple teams.
Cultivate, maintain, and expand client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular status updates and align on client objectives through quarterly reviews.
Lead regular client meetings to manage project and retainer budgets, ensuring alignment on needs.
Ensure membership clients are retained and expanded through proactive renewal strategies and opportunity identification.
Formulate strategies to maximize the impact of digital and design efforts for enterprise clients while maintaining pipeline visibility.
Recruit and onboard contractors as required to match growth.
Manage Associate Project Managers when necessary.
Oversee a diverse team of designers/specialists/QC, ensuring capability to meet client expectations.
Provide training for designers on member and enterprise branding.
Review and refine processes to support continuous improvement.
Mentor other project managers within the organization.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to attract the right clients with aligned expectations.
Seek continuous improvement opportunities in work practices and embody company values.

Required
5-8 years of project management experience in a creative agency or similar environment, focusing on large-scale digital initiatives.
Proven expertise in managing various digital projects, including web design, paid media campaigns, branding, content development, and social media strategies.
Extensive experience in overseeing large-scale digital campaigns from inception to completion.
A strong creative and design perspective is essential.
Demonstrated resourcefulness and adept problem-solving skills.
Solid organizational and time management abilities with experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Proven track record of managing projects through the complete lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Preferred
Experienced in Figma.
