Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive, data-focused growth strategies that enhance our customer’s experience, accelerate new customer acquisition, and maximize retention and LTV.
Lead efforts to increase organic traffic, identify key areas for optimization, and set ambitious performance targets aligned with overall business objectives.
Champion innovation in product development and growth strategies, fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for all growth-related initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies, ensuring a results-oriented approach to digital initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue objectives, driving profitability and growth.
Provide clear, actionable insights and updates to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication at all levels.

Required
10+ years of experience in growth leadership roles, primarily in DTC and e-commerce settings.
Demonstrated expertise in driving successful growth strategies with a clear focus on revenue and profit optimization.
Strong background in leading growth, UX/CRO testing, and analytics teams.
Proven data analytics skills, guiding product and marketing decisions based on key growth metrics.
Understanding digital marketing landscapes, including SEO, SEM, paid social, and e-commerce platforms.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams in a collaborative, start-up environment.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
A passion for building optimized digital experiences and scaling growth.
