Responsibilities

Owning development and delivery of member funnel improvements

Applying your growth experience to implement best practices

Improving engineering velocity and efficiency through investments in developer experience and talent growth

Providing directional leadership and oversight for strategic product initiatives

Managing a thriving team of Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers

Contributing to the Member Experience leadership team and overall product strategy

Prioritizing and sponsoring engineering initiatives

Required

At least 5 years experience as a second level engineering manager (manager of managers)

At least 5 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter

Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style

Track record of strong talent management and organizational health success
