Responsibilities
Be a strategic finance partner to executives, general managers and functional leaders across the business.
Lead a high performing finance team that delivers outcomes, promoting a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide financial reporting, analysis and KPI metrics to the business teams, helping them manage their businesses to achieve or exceed financial and operational targets.
Provide financial models and analysis to guide the organization to make decisions that create the highest return on investment, including scenario planning for organic and inorganic growth.
Manage scale projects across the finance organization and the greater business.
Present internally and externally, including development of best-in-class board and investor materials.

Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
At least 10+ years of total professional experience, including managing teams and increasing levels of responsibility.
Strong financial modeling and analytics skills.
Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences.
Strong technical and market knowledge across healthcare.
Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
Preferred
Experience at a private equity firm, investment bank, management consulting firm or an equivalent corporate development group is preferred.
Experience operating in a healthcare or digital healthcare environment is preferred.
