Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning working closely with the GTM team.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align on product vision and roadmap.
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure product-market fit. Also, share our roadmap with our customers and partners.
Create and refine product narratives that effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.
Provide sales teams with training, tools, and resources to effectively sell the product.
Maintain clear and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders about product updates and market insights.
Advocate for user-centered design principles to enhance overall product usability and satisfaction.

Required

8+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related fields within the travel or technology sectors.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in competitive markets.
Strong background in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies.
Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to drive product initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and ensure market fit.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives.
Familiarity with sales processes and experience in creating enablement materials for sales teams.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to track product performance and inform strategic decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to various audiences.
Willing and able to work in an open office environment in Palo Alto or New York City in a hybrid structure. This role is not remote-eligible.
