Responsibilities

Develop and track multi-year enterprise-wide Operating Plan, informed by enterprise Strategic Plan. Monitor progress against Operating Plan key metrics, own Operating Committee agendas, and drive follow ups to completion with critical stakeholders

Drive all corporate development efforts including evaluation of inorganic opportunities, including mergers & acquisitions, and potential strategic partnerships

Lead long-term enterprise-wide financial and capital modeling efforts to help make strategic decisions around future growth initiatives and opportunities

Provide quantitative and qualitative evaluation of strategic growth initiatives, including new markets and business lines in conjunction with the Corporate Strategy team

Support capital markets activity and Treasury team including potential equity and debt capital markets transactions based on business needs

Develop, manage, and coach a high performing Strategic Finance & Corporate Development team.

Collaborate and influence effectively with executive business line owners and Finance Leadership

Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Other duties as assigned

Required

12+ years in analytical financial roles, with 5+ of those years being within a public company

8+ years of demonstrated ability using expert financial modeling skills to effectively translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial plans.

5+ years of corporate development experience

5+ years experience collaborating and influencing at the executive level
