Responsibilities
Technology Strategic Leadership & Direction - Define and communicate company's long-term Technology vision, ensuring alignment with market trends and competitive dynamics. Partner with senior executives and business unit leaders to identify strategic priorities and opportunities for growth. Offer expert guidance and recommendations on high-impact technology decisions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives.
Team Leadership - Oversee the development of the team. Provide guidance and direction to the team in developing comprehensive strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
Market Insights & Innovation - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation. Conduct thorough market analysis and scenario planning to anticipate future opportunities and challenges, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Required
Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of Business Strategy or Management Consulting experience.
OR High School Diploma or GED and 16 years of Business Strategy or Management Consulting experience.
Large Financial Institution experience.
Proven experience creating enterprise-wide technology strategies.
Experience communicating with senior level stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive strategic direction.
Organization skills.
Business and technology acumen / knowledge.
Analytical skills – data.
Organizational awareness.
