Responsibilities
Evaluate new & existing projects or business opportunities aligned with AES growth strategy.
Accountable for all aspects of the projects including finance, commercial, engineering, legal, among others.
Manage complex energy projects, involving multiple stakeholders, resources, and risks.
Manage project financial model, including all inputs and assumptions.
Lead due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions with internal teams and consultants.
Lead negotiation for sell-downs and acquisitions of development pipelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, competitors, and partners.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology and Management, or related field
3 years of experience in any job title involving utility scale renewable energy project development in solar, BESS, and wind
Utility Scale Renewable Energy Project Management Plan
Technical, legal and real estate due diligence in utility scale renewable energy projects
Financial modeling for utility scale renewable energy projects
Development of commercial strategies for utility scale solar, BESS, wind energy projects
Experience in land acquisition, permitting and interconnection negotiation
Utility Scale solar, BESS, Wind Energy Utility Project Evaluation
