Responsibilities

Attract, retain, and grow a team of business planning talent. Lead with trust, inclusion and valuing diverse perspectives and ideas.

Lead cross-functional teams to land monetization strategy, pricing decisions, and packaging constructs for your product areas.

Contribute to the cultural health across the organization in the areas of trust, inclusion and diversity.

Coach your team to grow their analytical, strategic, business, executive communications, and operational excellence capabilities.

Partner with finance to determine the revenue and customer lifetime value impact of business model decisions.

Collaborate with product engineering and product marketing on product vision, offer strategy and packaging constructs.

Engage with our Operations & Business Insights team to optimize pricing and launch products across hundreds of regions worldwide.
