Responsibilities

Work with Advancement to co-create partnership strategies, content, and collateral for high-touch partners and prospects
Design and implement communications plans and marketing campaigns for key partnerships
Create presentations, case studies, and other collateral demonstrating brand and communications value to partners
Collaborate with Advancement to refine and activate Partnerships Benefits Framework
Develop campaign communications strategy using storytelling techniques to engage donors
Serve as strategic advisor in executive-level pitches and donor stewardship engagements
Manage day-to-day marketing, comms, and brand relationship with partners
Define communications goals, tactics, and measurement strategies for partnership lifecycle optimization
Manage dedicated comms and marketing budgets for funded impact partnerships
Forecast budgets for new partnerships and proposals

Required

Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred. Credentials in marketing, communications, or fundraising are a plus.
A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field, along with prior experience in supporting multi-year branded partnerships of $5M+.
At least 5 years senior level experience in a non-profit including substantial responsibility for marketing and/or communications functions and transformational partnerships.
Experience successfully partnering with senior leadership and executives to meet organizational needs.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be a creative leader who can work cohesively and collaboratively across teams.
Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.

Preferred

Advanced degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Credentials in marketing, communications, or fundraising.
Prior experience in supporting multi-year branded partnerships of $5M+.
Senior level experience in a non-profit with substantial responsibility for marketing and/or communications functions and transformational partnerships.
