Required

Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field

Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience within a scientific lab environment in the industry

Proven track record of success in previous Business Development roles

Deep understanding of the CDMO and Biologics market and environment

Process Development/Commercial manufacturing experience in biologics

Magnetic commercial acumen

Impeccable presentation skills

Strong business analytical abilities

Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills

Ability to navigate complexity with organization, solution-oriented thinking, and resilience

Strategic mindset

Preferred

PhD in Chemistry or a related field

Experience in Business Development roles within the CDMO industry
