Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Partnerships: Engage directly with large companies while developing robust partnerships with distribution channels within the HR and employee benefits landscape.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Communications, and PR to promote the unique advantages of Kashable, driving awareness among distribution partners and prospective clients alike.
Seamless Implementation: Partner with Implementation and Account Management teams to ensure that new employer partners experience a smooth onboarding process, laying the foundation for strong employee engagement and consistent revenue generation.

Required
Proven track record in business development and strategic partnership building, particularly within the HR and benefits industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and inspire collaboration within a mission-driven organization.
