Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud services and infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of cloud architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards

Lead the infrastructure operations team, ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of IT systems and services

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of cloud engineers, infrastructure specialists, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Collaborate with cloud service providers and vendors to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and optimize service delivery

Ensure that cloud services and infrastructure operations adhere to security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements

Implement monitoring and reporting frameworks to assess the performance and efficiency of cloud services and infrastructure, driving continuous improvement initiatives

Work closely with other IT leaders and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging cloud technologies to support business goals and enhance customer experiences

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud services, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies

Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, networking, security, and database management

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving operational efficiency
