Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists and analytics professionals.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Oversee and optimize data infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Implement and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines and quality monitoring processes.
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Develop and oversee KPIs and reporting frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness.
Utilize claims data and propensity-matched control studies to evaluate ROI and program impact.
Lead efforts in predictive modelling, clustering algorithms, and other advanced methodologies to support member segmentation and program targeting.
Work closely with leadership, product, and operational teams to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
Communicate findings and insights to diverse audiences, including executives, partners, and internal field teams.
Stay informed on emerging trends in data science, analytics, and healthcare technologies.
Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve data-driven decision-making.

Required
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Proficient in data infrastructure management on AWS and tools like Redshift, Glue, and S3.
Strong skills in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
Advanced knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages.
Exceptional ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
Demonstrated success in translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Passion for improving health equity and addressing social determinants of health.
Preferred
Ph.D. is a plus.
Proven experience with healthcare data, including claims data analysis, is strongly preferred.
