Craft and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets and expand our customer base.

Required
A minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on enterprise-level deals.
Experience successfully selling digital health solutions to payers and health systems.
Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing substantial deals, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing multi-million dollar pipelines strategically.
Strong capability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels, including across a variety of stakeholder personas—executive, clinical/medical, procurement, finance, GM/SVP, etc.
Comprehensive understanding of healthcare market dynamics and challenges.
Demonstrable experience operating within a startup environment, with the agility to adapt to rapid changes and the intellectual horsepower to quickly translate customer and market learnings into effective GTM sales strategies by segment.
Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Stellar verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred
Experience selling digital health products for early-stage startups, from early market entry to significant multi-million dollar revenue milestones.
Consultative sales experience from McKinsey, Bain, or BCG healthcare teams is preferred.
Experience selling AI healthcare products to payers and health systems.
