Responsibilities

Put the customer at the center of the growth strategy
Partner across cross-functional key areas to define growth-generating vision
Lead the Growth and Personalization cross-functional product domain team
Mentor and coach leaders on the team
Define key activation moments and drive results
Develop a culture of rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities in products
Develop and maintain system capabilities supporting the growth lifecycle
Help growth-related teams through stages of the product development life cycle
Work closely with cross-functional peers and make rapid decisions

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 10 years of experience in roles focused on driving growth for SAAS digital products, specifically with mobile-first strategies
Leadership experience as a Senior Manager or Director in fast-growing, complex organizations (e.g.: multiple product offerings, 300+ employees)
Strong background in B2C SaaS, particularly with mobile-first growth strategies
Successfully launched and managed new growth channels
Understanding and demonstration of tailoring growth strategies for different product stages
Proactive and able to manage detailed tasks and high-level strategies
Excellent in building cooperative relationships across various departments
Outstanding analytical and communication skills
Solid technical understanding, connecting technology with business needs effectively
Permanent US work authorization
Ability to travel at least quarterly for multiple days (primarily to onX's corporate offices in Bozeman or Missoula)

Preferred

Multifaceted background in technical or business functions such as engineering, product management, marketing, data science, or analyst roles
Experience in working with marketing and business intelligence to shape broader growth strategies
