Responsibilities

Set the vision and direction for the client’s marketing program, aligning project objectives with client goals and delivering impactful, measurable results.
Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
Conceptualize, organize, and orchestrate digital direct response lead funnels to drive high-net-worth leads.
Ensure consistent application of branding across multiple channels, conceptualize brand awareness and publicity strategies that improve awareness, reach, and reputation.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, providing strategic guidance and program recommendations to drive long-term success.
Ensure consistent quality across all projects within the program, upholding brand standards, and meeting the client’s high expectations.
Use performance analytics to drive program improvements, make informed recommendations, and communicate ROI to client stakeholders.
Plan, structure, and oversee the client’s marketing program, managing multiple, interrelated projects to achieve overarching client objectives.
Strategically assign resources across projects to optimize efficiency, capacity, and impact, balancing workload and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring alignment with client objectives and satisfaction with program results.
Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, resolving issues swiftly to maintain program momentum and meet project timelines.
Manage the program budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and expenditures align with client expectations and program goals.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics for each project, using data to assess program success and deliver actionable insights to the client.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to guide program adjustments and strategic opportunities.
Partner with internal and external teams, including creatives, strategists, and external vendors, to drive program success and ensure seamless integration of efforts.
Champion marketing best practices, identifying opportunities to incorporate AI, new tools, strategies, and approaches that enhance program outcomes.

Required

10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior program management role overseeing complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Proven expertise leveraging digital click-funnels to target, capture, nurture, and convert high-net-worth leads inside long, complex sales cycles.
Assertive leadership skills with experience building and leading cross-functional teams, inspiring team members, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Exceptional understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, with experience in CRM, analytics, automation, and campaign management.
Deep project management skills, including proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve optimal results.
Ability to analyze data and extract insights to drive program optimization and communicate ROI effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence, advise, and present ideas to both internal and external audiences.
Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies and plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred

Advanced degree or certification in project or program management.
