Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports Resolve’s growth, with a focus on demand generation, sales enablement, and pipeline optimization.
Oversee and mentor both the marketing and SDR teams, fostering a high-performance culture and driving team development.
Drive demand generation efforts to attract and convert high-quality leads, working closely with sales to set and track measurable targets (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, closed-won deals).
Develop and oversee inbound marketing initiatives, such as SEO strategies, digital campaigns, and content to support lead generation goals.
Collaborate with content marketing to align content strategies with marketing goals, ensuring seamless integration of campaigns into inbound and outbound efforts.
Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and high ROI through detailed planning and tracking.
Develop analytics and reporting frameworks to monitor campaign performance, track progress against targets, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment on lead scoring, prioritization, and sales enablement initiatives that drive revenue growth.
Oversee the use of marketing technology tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce CRM) to enhance campaign success and optimize performance.
Manage external vendors, negotiate contracts, and allocate resources to support efficient and effective lead generation initiatives.

Required

10+ years in B2B marketing, with demonstrated success in demand generation, team leadership, and sales alignment, ideally within the technology or network automation sector.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and other marketing automation platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related preferred.
