Responsibilities

Lead HR Strategy and Execution: Oversee all aspects of human resources, from strategic planning to operational management, ensuring alignment with broader company goals. Utilize HR analytics to generate insights on workforce trends and metrics, driving data-driven decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness and strategy alignment.

Foster Employee Engagement: Manage key organizational events and programs that enhance employee satisfaction and promote a positive workplace culture.

Oversee Talent Lifecycle: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, while supporting continuous employee development and performance management.

Manage Benefits and Compensation: Negotiate and administer employee benefits and compensation structures, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with regulatory standards.

Uphold Compliance and Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements, managing all related training and audits.

Required

Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role in the tech sector.

Proven experience working collaboratively with executive teams, demonstrating assertiveness and persuasive communication skills to influence decisions and drive organizational change.

Must have your CPHR or SHRM certification, or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of HR functions, best practices, and software tools (e.g., Rippling, 15Five).

Experience with employment laws in both Canada and the U.S.

Ability to travel for company offsites and events.

Must be able to work PST hours.
