Responsibilities

Craft and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overarching objectives

Proven experience in organizing and facilitating workshops to drive product development, strategy alignment, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Collaborate across the organization to define, plan, design, and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, incorporating market trends, customer feedback, and business goals

Drive innovation and identify new product opportunities to maintain a competitive edge

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Leadership, and Marketing to manage the rhythm of launches, expectations, deliverables, deadlines, etc.

Communicate and manage product plans, timelines, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels and provide a process and/or platform that enables visibility to the entire organization

Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation, prototype, to launch and beyond while ensuring collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales to ensure a seamless product execution

Perform comprehensive market competition analysis to identify and capitalize on the company's distinctive competitive strengths and work with Marketing to communicate that messaging to be leveraged as positioning for the Sales team

Collaborate closely with the engineering team to gather product requirements and technical specifications, translating them into epics and tasks for execution while ensuring clear documentation

Oversee and manage engineering sprint cycles, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones through efficient coordination of resources, clear communication, and effective problem-solving
