Responsibilities

Thought Leadership: Push the boundaries of what’s possible in ecommerce research tooling staying abreast of market developments and competitive landscape

Market Understanding: Deeply understand the needs, pain points, and aspirations of eCommerce sellers, using market research and customer insights to drive product decisions.

Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to drive innovation and maintain Pacvue’s competitive edge.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements.

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Set the vision for Pacvue’s Research product portfolio defining the product goals and driving the product planning process.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of the Pacvue’s product strategy.

Required

Minimum 15+ years in product management, with a significant focus on SaaS, eCommerce, Data Analytics Platform, and AdTech. Experience with Social Media Commerce/Shops a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Deep knowledge of the e-commerce and Amazon/Walmart seller landscape.

Proficiency in agile product development methodologies.
