Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that supports our business goals, aligns with the overall Company Vision And Enhances The Customer Experience.
Lead the development and execution of robust forecasting models to provide accurate revenue projections.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of revenue initiatives, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
Utilize data analytics to provide insights into sales performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to enhance revenue growth.
Foster strong relationships with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue initiatives and a unified go-to-market strategy.
Collaborate with sales leadership and the Sales Enablement team to refine sales processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and optimize pipeline management, driving effective execution and performance.
Champion the MEDDPICC sales framework across the organization, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively leverage this methodology.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce friction in the sales cycle, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with a focus on enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure tools.
Proven experience working in a MEDDPICC environment, with a strong track record of successful implementation and results.
Leadership level experience within a hyper-growth stage company.
Exceptional analytical skills and experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred
MBA preferred.
