Responsibilities
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with strategic partners.
• Strategic Planning: Develop joint business plans with partners to drive mutual growth and achieve strategic objectives.
• Partner Advocacy: Act as the primary advocate for partners internally, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Market Insights: Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to both partners and internal stakeholders.
• Technical Acumen: Leverage technical understanding of our products/services to support partners in solution positioning and integration.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that align with company goals and legal requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and engineering to support partner initiatives.

Required
Proven experience (7+ years) in partner management, business development, or related roles within the advertising and marketing technology industry.
Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and engage with product and development teams to translate business needs.
Strong relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and credibility with senior executives.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans while also executing tactical initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend effective solutions.
Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively across multiple functions and teams.
Deep understanding of the advertising and media industry and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred
Master’s degree preferred
Agency holding company experience is a plus
