Responsibilities

Provides leadership and oversight to the Talent Acquisition group.
Executes talent acquisition processes to meet hiring goals and serves as primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates.
Engages as thought partner with the business to understand talent needs, challenges and culture.
Translates understanding into actionable strategies for identifying, assessing and hiring world-class talent.
Ensures a positive candidate interviewing experience.
Tracks search metrics and provides updates to hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team.
Proactively builds a diverse candidate pipeline and supports ongoing corporate diversity efforts.
Work assignments may align with a specialized recruiting discipline, including, but not limited to university, executive, diversity or technical.
