Responsibilities

Exercises global authority over talent acquisition and related programs and processes.

Ensures the company's talent acquisition initiatives and programs are aligned with and support achievement of strategic business objectives.

Influences and / or leads talent acquisition policy and program development in partnership with senior management.

Advises and consults with executive leadership on strategies for sourcing, recruiting and filling senior-level positions.

Owns, along with executive leadership, the design, analysis and implementation of strategic staffing plans, policies and procedures.

Demonstrates a deep knowledge and understanding of global recruitment practices.
