Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
Take initiative in understanding project requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert for .NET Framework, Entity Framework, Razor View Engine, and front-end technologies.
Evaluate and implement architectural patterns to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best coding practices, code reviews, and technical upskilling.
Architect and develop secure web applications using Razor Views, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
Create customized, responsive UI components by extending Bootstrap grids using advanced CSS techniques.
Build and maintain secure authentication mechanisms, including Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation.
Develop reusable, modular code with emphasis on clean architecture and design patterns.
Integrate asynchronous operations using AJAX calls for high-performance web interactions.
Define and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines using YAML, ensuring efficient CI/CD workflows.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployments, automate processes, and optimize application performance in cloud environments.
Leverage Azure services for scaling, monitoring, and maintaining application availability.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project goals, define deliverables, and align technical outcomes.
Proactively identify project risks, suggest mitigations, and drive solutions forward.
Conduct detailed code reviews and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Required
At least 10+ years of professional experience in .NET development with strong expertise in the .NET Framework and Entity Framework.
Advanced proficiency in Razor View Engine, HTML5, CSS3, and custom styling approaches.
Strong command of SQL Server, including complex query optimization and database design principles.
Proven experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and other authentication mechanisms.
Expertise in building and managing Azure DevOps YAML pipelines for CI/CD processes.
In-depth knowledge of AJAX calls, asynchronous programming, and optimizing web application performance.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, take ownership, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
Excellent mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding junior developers toward technical excellence.
A proactive problem-solver who can identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive implementation independently.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively.
Preferred
Experience working with large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions in cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure services, such as App Services, Functions, and Storage.
Familiarity with security best practices, including OWASP guidelines and data encryption.
Exposure to advanced UI/UX design principles to deliver user-friendly interfaces.
