Responsibilities
Evaluate the current Dynamics 365 architecture to identify inefficiencies, gaps, or potential issues.
Propose strategic improvements to align with business goals and technical best practices.
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues within Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
Enhance system performance and scalability through configuration, optimization, and custom development.
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionalities as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements.
Develop, test, and deploy integrations, including API-driven solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide clear documentation, including architectural diagrams and operational guidelines.
Design and manage integrations with external systems using APIs.
Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange between platforms.

Required
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including implementation, customization, and optimization.
Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, including identifying and resolving system-level issues.
Hands-on experience with customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and resolve complex technical challenges.
Proficiency in developing and managing API integrations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Experience in healthcare or insurance-related industries.
Familiarity with Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI).
Knowledge of data security and compliance standards relevant to healthcare.
