Responsibilities

Primary technical interface with hospitals in a role that bridges Technical Operations and Data Analytics

Responsible for EMR and billing data acquisition at hospitals and practice management systems.

Own the Extract, Transform, and Load process of large clinical data sets.

Perform preliminary analysis to determine data quality and troubleshoot directly with hospital technical teams.

Develop novel diagnostics and analyses that identify information that impacts the clinical and economic outcomes of our customer health systems.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in science related field

5+ years’ experience with Cerner CCL and/or Epic Clarity, or related EMR technologies

5+ years’ experience in SQL and database technologies including ability to analyze large quantities of data

Reliable, proactive self-starter capable of working with a high degree of autonomy

Demonstrate a strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues

Strong interpersonal skills in a highly collaborative team environment consisting of technical (engineers/developers) and non-technical personnel (project managers/business leaders)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organization, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.

Experience with HIPAA compliance

Experience with Microsoft Azure

Experience with Databricks

Experience with PowerBI
