Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and deploy robust APIs and SDKs for accessing Large-Language Models (LLMs) and proprietary Foundation Models (FMs).
Collaborate with a world-class team of AI engineers and researchers to design and implement critical API products for real-time customer-facing applications.
Design APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, ease of use, and governance automation.
Develop application-specific interfaces utilizing LLMs and FMs to enhance customer and associate experiences.
Enable users to innovate with new Generative AI capabilities.
Implement tools and processes for monitoring API usage patterns and operational health.
Integrate AI safety measures and guardrails in collaboration with researchers.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 4 years of experience designing, building, and deploying ML application platforms.
Minimum 4 years of programming experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
At least 1 year of experience scaling and optimizing training or inferencing systems for deep neural networks.
Preferred
Familiarity with developing large-scale AI products or platforms for NLP, speech, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
Experience in tech-driven or startup environments preferred.
Proficiency in deploying large neural network models in demanding production settings.
Knowledge of API security, observability, cloud access control, and privacy best practices.
