Responsibilities
Responding to user requests for technical assistance via phone and email?
Working with Microsoft cloud solutions for business?
Diagnosing and resolving workstation and server hardware and software issues?
Performing basic, routine server maintenance tasks, including; backup/recovery testing, patch management, anti-malware cleanup and server log review on Microsoft servers?
Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention?
Logging and tracking all help desk interactions into ticketing system?
Completing projects related to workstation and server configuration as assigned?
Creating documentation for internal standards and end-users?
Following standard procedures?

Required
Responding to user requests for technical assistance via phone and email
Working with Microsoft cloud solutions for business
Diagnosing and resolving workstation and server hardware and software issues
Performing basic, routine server maintenance tasks, including; backup/recovery testing, patch management, anti-malware cleanup and server log review on Microsoft servers
Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention
Logging and tracking all help desk interactions into ticketing system
Completing projects related to workstation and server configuration as assigned
Creating documentation for internal standards and end-users
Following standard procedures
5+ years experience in customer facing support with Windows desktops
5+ years working with Windows servers, AD and Azure management
Outstanding ability to work with customers, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions
Experience with ticketing systems
Ability to time-manage and meet deadlines
High integrity and consider confidentiality important
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about helping users and have patience along with top priority customer service
Able to routinely multitask
Able to solve almost any problem, even if it hasn't been seen before
Thrive in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency
Driven to find the answer and not just the temporary fix
Self-motivated and a self-starter who works well independently and remotely

Located in the United States
Very strong preference will be given to candidates in NJ or Denver CO
