Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies that align with our customers' business goals, ensuring our value proposition and offerings are effectively integrated into their operations.
Build strong executive relationships, demonstrating a polished approach to delivering value for executives and aligning to their goals
Manage, nurture, and grow major strategic accounts, achieving retention, growth, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize your consultative selling experience to identify and address business challenges, creating tailored solutions that drive customer performance.
Set clear objectives and forecast renewals and growth accurately.
Serve as a credible leader, fostering cross-functional collaboration across various business functions to ensure a cohesive approach to customer management.
Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our products and solutions, providing unique value to our clients.
Maintain up-to-date Digital Marketing industry knowledge, staying informed on news and trends that could impact our customers and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Required
At least 8+ years of proven experience managing and growing enterprise accounts.
Demonstrated consultative and strategic sales skills.
Strong understanding of technical SEO.
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and be a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams.
Understanding of the competitive Marketing Technology competitive landscape, with the capability to position our solutions effectively against competitors.
Digital background with a strong understanding of SEO and content marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex solutions and strategies to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, growth goals, and other KPIs.
Ability to deliver effective executive-level presentations.
Ability to analyze digital performance metrics to present value to customers.
Excellent organization and project management skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Track record in building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including decision-makers and functional teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is a plus.
