Senior Enterprise Sales Executive – Outside Sales

Responsibilities
Drive Growth in Enterprise Markets: Identify, target, and close opportunities with top-tier enterprise accounts in your assigned region (North America or EMEA).
Pipeline Generation: Develop strategic outreach initiatives to engage senior business and IT decision-makers, focusing on supply chain, operational analytics, and AI-powered solutions.
Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments to identify client pain points and position OpsVeda’s platform as the optimal solution for their challenges.
IT Engagement Expertise: Build trust with IT stakeholders by addressing technical concerns, from integration with existing tech stacks to compliance and data privacy.
AI Adoption Advocacy: Lead conversations about AI’s role in enhancing operations, addressing concerns about workforce impact, and showcasing tangible ROI with OpsVeda’s AI, Juni.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Customer Success, Value Engineering, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery and maximize user adoption.

Required
Minimum of 5+ years in enterprise software sales, with a focus on SaaS or AI solutions
Experience engaging business and IT leaders in industries such as supply chain, manufacturing, or operational analytics
Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in business-focused language, addressing IT stakeholders' concerns about data integration and compliance
Familiarity with AI’s role in enterprise operations and a readiness to address concerns around data security and privacy
Preference for candidates based in metropolitan hubs to maximize market accessibility and outreach
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a history of managing high-stakes, complex sales cycles
Preferred
Experience with leading enterprise software companies (e.g., SAP, Celonis, O9, Project 44)
Familiarity with supply chain analytics, operational decision-making, and real-time insights
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
