Responsibilities
Manage projects including scheduling and coordinating project resources to meet client and organizational needs.
Coordinate and provide quality control for data collection, review project results, and interpret data for report preparation.
Assist with proposal preparation, cost estimates, and marketing activities.
Participate in the development of junior staff and work with senior management to grow as a consultant and leader.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field.
Minimum of 7 years of environmental consulting experience.
Holds professional certification as a P.E., or absent certification, a minimum of 7 years working with a licensed professional.
Experience with remedial investigations & remedial actions at petroleum refineries and/or bulk storage terminals is a plus.
An understanding of the NJDEP’s Site Remediation Program rules, regulations and guidance.
Proficient in performing senior level interpretation work including remedial cost estimates, future remedial measures selection, and costing.
Experience performing conceptual and detailed remedial design work.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Experience managing field personnel and subcontractors.
Advanced data evaluation and analytical skills.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Experience interacting with clients and regulatory agencies.
Ability and willingness to support the technical growth of project/staff level professionals based on direct hands-on interactions.
Preferred
Experience with remedial investigations & remedial actions at petroleum refineries and/or bulk storage terminals.
Experience with proposal preparation, cost estimates, and marketing activities.
Experience in staff mentoring and training.
Experience working in an office environment.
Experience working independently or leading a larger team at exterior project sites.
Experience in field activities such as sample collection, recording of operational/meter parameters, and oversight of subcontractors.
Ability to drive to different project sites and physically move around outdoors in various terrains, occasionally in adverse weather conditions.
